Returns Policy

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within seven days. The item must be returned within fourteen days of receipt to ensure a full refund. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the item is faulty or damaged during delivery. Any refund due will be processed within thirty days.

 

Payment and Delivery UK

 

Once an order is placed via the website, items will be sent within seven working days. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed the following Monday. If you would like to collect instead, select the collection option on the payment page. Once an order is sent, a tracking number will be sent to you. Although we will help wherever possible, we are not responsible for any delays or missing parcels once the item has left us.
